Rick Franklin Corporation (RFC) is an Oregon corporation, chartered in 1978. RFC's activities consist of heavy equipment construction, equipment hauling, railroad work, and environmental services to industries located throughout the Pacific Northwest.

RFC's capabilities include land clearing, excavation in a wide range of sites and subsurface conditions, demolition, grading, road construction, drainage systems, for-hire heavy equipment transport. RFC also offers a full range of environmental services.

Rick Franklin Corporation has over 20 years experience in all areas of handling railroad derailments, rerailing and related services. As a full-service contractor we are able and equipped to handle all of your derailment requirements and needs.
